Foot Anstey Law required a flexible, easy to use and reliable AV system for their client suites. Nub provided a complete AV solution based around the robust Crestron platform.

The Brief

Located within Foot Anstey’s offices are a selection of meeting rooms which together form the client suite. Part of the suite is comprised a four way divisible space suitable for up to 120 people. Foot Anstey required an AV system which was as flexible as they are. The system needed to function independently in the four spaces or any combination of the spaces up-to a single large presentation system. Further, Foot Anstey required their AV system to change between these configurations at the touch of a button. Finally, the system had to operate discretely and ensure their message took centre stage.

Not only did the system have to be excellent quality, it also had to be delivered to a tight timescale and budget. The team had only 1 week on site to deliver the body of the installation works. This had to be done whilst ensuring disruption to adjacent offices was avoided. Not an easy task when over 1km of new cable was to be installed within the space.

The Solution

Nub designed a compact, efficient AV distribution system based around a Crestron DMPS3-4K-350C. A video matrix, audio DSP and 3-series processor contained in a single package. User interface was provided by a Cameo Keypad in each space with overall system management via an iPad running the Crestron App.

Ceiling speakers within each space provide audio-reinforcement. These were complimented by Sennheiser Speechline Handheld and Speechline Lavaliere microphones to discretely and clearly capture every word.

Programming was completed off-site, ready to install into the busy spaces. Whilst overnight working kept disruption to a minimum during business hours.

Once competed, Nub provided comprehensive training to staff within the building and continue to provide support and servicing as part of our maintenance services.
