We’re looking for a determined and efficient office and financial administrator to coordinate our busy workplace.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to our technical team. This includes answering incoming calls and enquiries, managing company documentation, processing invoices, making purchases, overseeing payroll, managing and organizing workload, managing business premises services, supporting colleagues, developing and maintaining office systems, assisting with reports and company brochures, representing the company to visitors, supervising goods in, maintaining security and safety, liaising with colleagues, and assisting directors as needed.
You will be based in our office, in Plymouth City Centre, where you will work with the directors, company management and our book keeper to ensure the non-technical aspects of our business run smoothly every day.
