Nub supplied Plymouth City Council and Plymouth Museum and Art Gallery with production services and equipment to stage two days of building projection mapping in Plymouth City Centre. We delivered full technical production for the events and ensured the council could deliver this prestigious artistic project.
Visually Stunning Building Projection Mapping
We supplied video projection and audio reinforcement at three sites, one in each of the towns that formed Plymouth 100 years ago. Using this equipment, and our technical expertise, we simultaneously illuminated and animated each location. Building projection mapping illuminated the sites like ‘pillars of fire in the night’.
Residents local to each location supplied collections of sounds, images, and creations which formed the content for the projection mapping. On the second night, as the three sites converged into the centre of the city. Dramatic projection united Plymouth Guildhall and Civic Centre.
Nub provided technical production services at some of Plymouth’s most historic landmarks. We helped to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the amalgamation of the three cities.
