Technical/Band Requirements

Are you hiring a band or DJ with a complex set of technical requirements; or would you like to upgrade the lighting of your wedding?

We offer larger and more comprehensive package for those cases.

A tech rider is typically a document or list which describes the band’s technical needs for equipment. They should provide this to you during the booking process, unless they are self-contained (bringing their own equipment).

If your band has a tech rider, send it to us when you request your quote and we can make sure everything is covered.

Or, if you prefer, you can put us in contact with the band so we can ensure the correct equipment is provided within your budget.

Multiple Options for Delivery and Collection

Delivery and Collection

We have multiple options for deliver and collection to ensure you find the right fit for you. Please clarify which option you require when requesting a quote.

This involves you collecting and returning the equipment to our warehouse in Plymouth.

Our engineers will deliver and collect the equipment from the door of the venue. You will need to setup and take down the equipment yourself. We will need to know the location of the hire to allow us to quote this.

Our engineers will deliver, set up, take-down and collect the equipment from the door of the venue. We will need to know the location and timings of the hire to allow us to quote this. This is the most popular option with wedding hires.

Our engineers will be there throughout the requested time for your wedding. This option is suitable for more complex systems which require an engineer to operate the equipment; e.g. complex lighting rigs, visual systems or live bands requiring an audio engineer.
