Project Description

Nub Tap History to Provide a Truly Unique Club Experience. Nub, working with long term collaborators Kaos Production for Theatre Royal Plymouth have helped to deliver both accessible club nights and music festivals for the disabled young adults of Plymouth and the surrounding areas. Theatre Royal Plymouth’s TR2 Production Arts Centre was transformed into a vibrant and safe night club like venue where users and carers alike could relax and enjoy a good party! REH03, TR2’s largest space was metamorphosed into a space themed odyssey where DJs solo performers and bands (all with accessibility requirements) were able to perform in a safe and calm environment. Separately, Plymouth Hoe Promenade received the full festival production experience with Sound, Lighting and Staging supplied by NUB.

Nub supplied Opus CS Series PA, a fully Disability Discrimination Compliant stage with ramp, a full club lighting system for the space along with all required power distribution, barrier, access equipment and technicians required to make the events stand out.

“I would just like to say a VERY BIG THANKYOU to you all for your hard work and amazing support and coordination prior to and on the evening. The team work was superb and I think we can say for certain it was well worth it as everyone had a great night.”
